Our two-year programme is your opportunity, as a recent graduate (or Master’s graduate), to help shape the future of Hays Travel Ltd, whilst gaining specialist experience in Finance, Commercial, Human Resources, Training, Operations and IT.

Our two-year programme consists of four three-month rotations in key business areas in the first year and one placement in the second year, in an area of the business that suits your skills and the needs of the business. You will be given the opportunity to acquire technical expertise whilst contributing to the operational delivery of the department. By experiencing more of our organisation, you will become a more rounded professional, ready for an extraordinary career.
You will be placed within several departments, working with others across the organisation. This will require you to build relationships at all levels and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for graduates who are keen to get to grips with a range of different challenges, find out the detail of how each team works and bring a fresh perspective to everything we do.
You will demonstrate an ability for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. You need to show a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
During the programme, you will be engaged in a number of roles, therefore you will need to be adaptable, for instance, having a good attention to detail but also the ability to see the bigger picture.
Whether you will be working purely on an internal or a public-facing project, you should be able to make decisions, solve problems and see a job all the way through to completion.
The recruitment process for the Graduate programme 2015 will commence later in the year and will see successful candidates start Summer 2015.
